A very experienced caring professional. I had a course of three tixel full face treatments with Sonia 2 years ago. I lost a lot of weight due to illness and was left with crepey thin skin under my eyes. I felt that I still looked tired and unwell despite gaining weight again, so decided to explore ways to improve the appearance and decided to try Tixel treatment.There were some clinics much closer to home in London, but I didn't get a good vibe from them at the consultations.Sonia was in a completely different league, she was kind enough to give me a call and explain everything in detail.I liked that she gave me realistic expectations based upon my young skin with a slight improvement since my issue was minimal, compared to someone older who would have wrinkles and more visible results.Due to my Mediterranean skin type, she recommended me using some Vitamin C lightening serum to avoid the risk of pigmentation after treatment.I decided to chose Cheltenham Skin & Facials based upon the professional and friendly approach I had.Parking was easy at the location and it was a lovely little cosy clinic set up. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Sonia was and also very thorough going through my previous medical history and allergies.The treatment itself felt quite warm but strangely relaxing. Now and then it was like sharp stamp sensation (even though there were no needles involved).I was given a little pot of cleanser to take home, and I purchased some moisturiser cream for my under eyes since I didn't have anything suitable at home.The aftercare was top class. Sonia made contact with me each day to check up on the healing, progress and make sure I remembered what to do. Fortunately I had very minimal downtime.I was advised that I may need a few sessions for optimum results, however it's been 3 months so far and just after 1 session my eyes look amazing.I have tried adding photos to my Google reviews, but they don't seem to get published. everything is superlative, Sonia has a lot of knowledge and experience, she explains everything about the treatment and she also knows what you should use so that your skin doesn't get damaged. the treatment was a pleasant and relaxing experience. thanks for the advice and I hope to see you soon.

I met Sonia 2 yrs ago . I was interested in tixel treatments. I booked a consultation appointment.I was greeted by a very warm, caring & kind natured lady. Sonia is also a very professional medical aesthetician . Sonia gave me information on supplements& products which I follow.After a number of treatments I am delighted with the results. As Sonia says, we all carry on aging but with her skill my appearance now is better than 2 years ago & most people think I am younger than I am! I am happy with my face & have gained more confidence. I strongly recommend that if you would like to look your best Sonia can be trusted to help.

I cannot recommend Sonia enough.I have had three Tixel eye treatments and microneedling with Sonia over the last few months and I am very impressed with the results so far.Sonia is extremely knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and her expertise is evident when you meet her, you really feel that you are in safe hands. Sonia is meticulous in ensuring her treatments are delivered in a safe and hygienic manner.I am so pleased to have found Sonia and Tixel is such a great treatment (as long as you are patient for the results!) it really does deliver.
